 This is the Personnel Office service web of National Chiayi University.The Personnel Office has two divisions and nine members are in charge of related affairs. Members in the first division deal with organization structure, paperwork on appointment, dismissal , promotion of faculty & staff, and their salary scale transfermation. Members in the other division deal with affairs such as rewards-discipline system, grading the service of staff, training - study programs, business of retired payment, related welfare activities, and official function of retirement-pension application, matters such as leave of absence, appeals, compensation, insurance, retirement and survivor benefits for personnel. They also handle compilation, personnel information, human resource management, analysis of personnel statistics and other personnel related matters.
